Well, we're all pretty excited over at DIY PPF as the first few of our Matte PPF kits go out to customers.
There's 2 reasons you'd want a matte PPF over a gloss PPF which is what we normally sell.
The first reason, is your car already has matte paint. Applying a gloss film over the top would make it shiny and not match the rest of the car so matte is the best way to protect your car and maintain the finish you currently have on your car.
The second, is to transform the look of your car, whilst still offering protection from the elements and wow... does it look cool!
Now, clearly. If you're going matte, you need to buy a kit to cover the whole of your car which would be a custom order on our site, but just like this customer with their new RS3, they are transforming the look of their car and it's looking fantastic!
Over the next few days, we'll be adding the option to have matte PPF on all our PPF kits so make sure you check the right option for you!
