Salary: £30,000 per annum base salary + performance-based bonus structure
Bonus Structure: £1,000 bonus for every £20,000 generated in revenue
Expected Earnings: Realistic earnings of an additional £3,000 per month within the first 6 months, increasing to £6,000 per month by the end of the first year

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly driven Sales Director to join our team and lead our sales efforts.
Role Overview
The Sales Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building and managing trade account relationships within the automotive detailing industry. This role will oversee all sales functions, manage the CRM system, and work proactively to generate revenue. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to convert leads, nurture existing accounts, and create a loyal customer base among professional detailers.
This is a high-impact role that requires a passion for sales and cars, as well as a strategic, relationship-focused approach to engaging the market. The role is based full-time in our Sheffield office, where you will work closely with the team to deliver outstanding service and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Lead and drive sales efforts to grow our client base of trade accounts within the automotive detailing industry and work on provided leads from our marketing efforts.
- Relationship Building: Establish and foster long-term relationships with trade clients, especially detailers and automotive service providers, to increase loyalty and sales volume.
- Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service for the accounts under your management, addressing questions and resolving any issues to maintain client satisfaction.
- Revenue Generation: Proactively identify new revenue opportunities, converting leads into sales, and maximising revenue from existing accounts.
- Lead Management: Develop strategies to manage and follow up on both new and existing leads; oversee and maintain all sales data in the CRM system.
- CRM Management: Utilise and maintain the CRM system (Go High Level) to track client interactions, sales trends, and opportunity pipelines. Regularly update client data to ensure an organised and strategic approach to account management.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, providing feedback and insights to adjust sales strategies and capitalise on new opportunities.
- Sales Reporting: Report regularly on sales metrics, customer satisfaction, and revenue targets, with a clear focus on tracking bonus thresholds.
- Travel: Attend trade shows, client meetings, and other events as necessary to maintain a strong presence in the market.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven sales experience, ideally in the automotive, detailing, or a related field.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of cars, automotive protection products, and the needs of professional detailers.
- Customer Service Skills: Ability to handle account-related customer service inquiries and provide solutions to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- CRM Skills: Proficient in CRM tools and lead management systems, with the ability to organise, track, and report on sales progress.
- Driving License: Must have a valid driving license.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to clients and team members.
- Self-Motivated: Demonstrated ability to be proactive, meet revenue goals, and work independently to generate sales.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a dynamic work environment with the flexibility to adapt to new strategies and business needs.
Compensation & Earnings
- Base Salary: £30,000 per annum.
- Bonus Structure: £1,000 bonus for every £20,000 in revenue generated.
- Expected Earnings: Realistic opportunity to earn an additional £3,000 per month within the first 6 months, increasing to £6,000 per month by the end of the first year based on performance.
